The distance from the commercial center of the city and also from the Medieval Town is 10 minutes on foot. The beach is also 10-15 minutes distance on foot . 

      In the area around there are all the facilities, as, mini-market, bakery, bar, gymnasium, rent-a-car, parking, parks, museums, monuments and sights as the ancient Acropolis of Rhodes, the magnificent medieval castle of the chevaliers , the byzantine monuments, the moslem mosques, etc.

The studios are open from 1 July until 1 October.
